Municipal Service Update - South Huron Landfill returns to normal operating hours June 1

Posted on Friday May 29, 2020

Following the Government of Ontario’s framework for reopening the province, the Municipality of South Huron continues to review its procedures for reopening facilities and providing services.

“We know that things will not return to pre-lockdown conditions right away so we need to adapt our business to the requirements of maintaining physical distancing,” said Mayor George Finch. “Staff are working to upload more services and information to the municipal website to make your experience with the municipality more convenient and efficient. Going forward, the public can expect to conduct more routine business transactions with us online.”

South Huron Landfill hours return to normal

Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM

Saturdays 9AM to 2PM

Please note the landfill will remain closed on Sundays and statutory holidays.
