Centralia Commemorative Historical Sign: At the Regular Council Meeting on October 2, 2023, South Huron Council approved the purchase of a commemorative historical sign, as proposed by the Committee. The commemorative sign will be installed at the Centralia Community Park in 2023.
Centralia Park Monument: In the fall of 2022, the Committee requested commemorative monument designs be submitted by community members. The Committee reviewed the submissions and selected a preferred design. At the Regular Council Meeting on March 20, 2023, South Huron Council approved the installation of the Centralia Park Monument, as proposed by the Committee. The commemorative monument will be installed at the Centralia Community Park in 2023. 
About the Committee
The Centralia Community Park Advisory Committee was established to assist the Municipality by providing recommendations for the development of the Centralia Community Park.
The approved Terms of Reference outlines the purpose and mandate of the Advisory Committee, as approved by Council.
