2022 South Huron Vitality Fund

Applications are now being accepted for South Huron Vitality Fund grants!

The deadline to apply to the Sunset Community Foundation (formerly known as the Grand Bend Community Foundation) for the 2022 South Huron Vitality grant is April 1, 2022.

In 2020 South Huron Council entered into an agreement with the Sunset Community Foundation (The Foundation) to create the Vitality Fund as part of the South Huron Community Fund. The purpose of the Vitality Fund is to offer financial assistance to non-profit, community-based organizations that provide direct programs, services, or activities to enhance the quality of life for South Huron residents. The Vitality Fund is administered by the Foundation through the South Huron Community Fund and replaces the Community Grant Program previously offered by the Municipality of South Huron.

Questions regarding the application process can be sent to the Sunset Community Foundation Executive Director at sunsetcommunityfoundation@gmail.com, 519-619-8630.

Information about how to apply is available on the Foundation’s website at https://sunsetcommunityfoundation.ca

In previous years, South Huron Vitality Fund grants have supported organization's such as Big Brothers Big Sisters South Huron, the Huron Waves Music Festival, Noah’s Ark, Winterfest, and Friends of Pinery Park.
