Notice of Emergency Meeting - Wednesday, March 25 2020

Take notice that a revision to the Procedural By-law is to be considered at the Emergency Council meeting on Wednesday March 25, 2020 at 5:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber at Olde Town Hall, 322 Main Street, Exeter ON.

The purpose of this emergency meeting is for Council to consider amendments to the procedural by-law to incorporate electronic meeting participation.

Under Section 5.3 of Procedural By-law 79-2015, an Emergency Meeting may be held without written notice, to deal with an emergency.

Further information about the proposed by-law will be available from the Clerk’s department or on the municipal website on March 23, 2020.
