Take Notice that the statutory time for filing an appeal against the decision of the South Huron Committee of Adjustment made on the above referenced application has now elapsed and

No appeals have been received

The Decision of the Committee is now final and binding.

Purpose and Effect

The purpose of this application is to permit the new shed in the north corner of the property (both its size and location) and also permit a covered patio. The application proposes to vary the requirements of Section 15.4 of the South Huron Zoning By-law to increase the permitted zone coverage from 25% to 30% for the property and reduce the required 1.2 metre setback from a property line for the shed found in Section 3.2.4 to 0.47 metres behind the shed and 0.28 metres on the east side of the shed.
