Take Notice that the statutory time for filing an appeal against the decision of the South Huron Committee of Adjustment made on the above referenced application has now elapsed and

No appeals have been received

The Decision of the Committee is now final and binding.

Purpose and Effect

The purpose of this application is to permit a new livestock barn and manure tank at a reduced Minimum Distance Separation (MDS) to the neighbouring house across the road. The application proposes to reduce the MDS required by Section 3.17 of the South Huron Zoning By-law for both the new livestock barn from 269 metres to 234 metres and for the new manure tank from 342 metres to 310 metres.
