Purpose and Effect
The purpose of this application is to permit a washroom with a toilet and sink in a proposed backyard accessory building on the subject property. To achieve this, Section 3.2.6 of the South Huron Zoning By-law is to be varied to add plumbing for a washroom with a toilet and sink to the list of plumbing exceptions permitted in the accessory building proposed for this property.
