Take Notice that the statutory time for filing an appeal against the decision of the South Huron Committee of Adjustment made on the above referenced application has now elapsed and

The Decision of the Committee is now final and binding.

Purpose and Effect

The purpose of this application is to permit an addition to the north side of the existing house. The application proposes to vary the requirement of Section 7.4 of the South Huron Zoning By-law to reduce the minimum north side yard setback from 5 metres to 3.2 metres.
