I, Rebekah Msuya-Collison, Clerk of the Municipality of South Huron hereby certify that the notice for By-law #34-2021 passed by the Council of the Municipality of South Huron on the 17th day of May, 2021 was given in a manner and form to the prescribed persons or public bodies as required by Section 34(18) of The Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990.

I also certify that the twenty (20) day appeal period expired on the 10th day of June, 2021, to this date no notice of appeal of By-law #34-2021 has been filed.

By-law #34-2021 of the Corporation of the Municipality of South Huron is now in full force.

Purpose and Effect

This Zoning By-law Amendment affects the property located at Rowe Avenue and Albert Street, legally described as Part Lot 15, Con 1 Usborne and Plan 22M-15, Lots 4-14 & 20-32, Usborne Ward, Municipality of South Huron.

The applicant is proposing to increase the maximum zone coverage to 51% and remove the accessory building prohibition for the existing site specific R2-4 zone to permit a single accessory shed of a maximum size of 2.44 metres by 2.44 metres within each rear yard of the lots in this zone.

This By-law amends Zoning By-law # 69-2018 of the Municipality of South Huron.
