I, Rebekah Msuya-Collison, Clerk of the Municipality of South Huron hereby certify that the notice for By-law #37-2021 passed by the Council of the Municipality of South Huron on the 17th day of May, 2021 was given in a manner and form to the prescribed persons or public bodies as required by Section 34(18) of The Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990.

I also certify that the twenty (20) day appeal period expired on the 10th day of June, 2021, to this date no notice of appeal of By-law #37-2021 has been filed.

By-law #37-2021 of the Corporation of the Municipality of South Huron is now in full force.

Purpose and Effect

This Zoning By-law Amendment affects the property legally described as Part Lots 1 & 2, Plan 213, Stephen Ward, Municipality of South Huron and known municipally as 14 William Drive, Crediton. The applicant is proposing to add the repair of vehicles and their sale to the list of permitted uses on the property with a limit of five vehicles being offered for sale at any one time. As a result, since the uses listed in the existing the C8-7 zone are already permitted by the C8 zone, the C8-7 zone is proposed to be replaced with a provision that, in addition to the C8 zone permitted uses, also permits a motor vehicle sales and/or service establishment in the C8-7 zone with a maximum of five vehicles offered for sale on the property at any one time.

This By-law amends Zoning By-law # 69-2018 of the Municipality of South Huron
