Purpose and Effect

This Zoning By-law Amendment affects the property described as Lot 88, Part Lot 87, Plan 376, Exeter Ward, Municipality of South Huron.

The Zoning By-law amendment proposes to add R1-17 as a new Residential Low Density – Special Zone with the zoning of the subject lands changed to R1-17 to reflect its current use as a food bank. In addition to permitting a food bank, the special zone continues to permit the uses permitted by the property’s current R1-1 zoning. The subject land has been used as a food bank for 6 years as a permitted temporary use.
