Council Meetings - Hybrid Format
Meetings of Council will be held in a hybrid format, which includes both electronic and in-person participation.
Members of the public can view a live stream of a meeting in progress. To watch a meeting in progress please follow the Instructions for Viewing Remote Council Meetings. Council meeting videos are also live-streamed and archived for future viewing on our municipal Youtube Channel.
Council and Committee Meetings
Council and committee meetings are open to the general public and usually occur at the Municipal Office unless otherwise posted. Information on upcoming meetings is available below and on our Events Calendar.
Meeting agendas and minutes provide a record of discussion and are available to the public. Copies of Council and committee minutes or agendas prior to April, 2017 are available by contacting the Clerk's Office by email or telephone at 519-235-0310.
We aim to upload meeting minutes to our website as soon as they are available. When Council and committees meet they approve minutes from the previous meeting as part of their agenda. For example, the June 18, 2018 meeting minutes were approved at the July 3, 2018 Council meeting. Meeting minutes are posted online as soon as possible after they are approved.
