At its Regular Meeting on April 20, 2026, South Huron Council:

·         Received delegations/presentations:

o   Rob Morley – Commemorating South Huron’s 25^th anniversary

·         Received staff reports/memos on topics including:

o   Removal of Holding Symbol Application Z01-2026 (Palen).

o   South Huron Zoning By-Law Five-Year Review

§  Council approved the proposed zoning by-law amendments, the by-law will be brought back to May 4^th for adoption

§  No further public notice is required under Section 34(17) of the Planning Act.

o   King Street Paving Project Update for information

o   Airport Line Speed Reduction

§  Approved a speed reduction on Airport Line to 60km/hr from County Road 83 to 600m south of County Road 83, authorizing by-law will be brought back to May 4^th for adoption

o   Results of 2026 DWQMS Internal Audit for information

o   2026 Council Expenses as of March 31, 2026, for information

o   2026 Capital Progress Report – March 2026, for information

o   1st Quarter Summary of By-Law Infractions and Requests for Service for information
