March 31, 2025 Committee of the Whole Meeting Highlights

At its Committee of the Whole Meeting on March 31, 2025, the Committee:

• Received the presentation of Arun Sharma, PSD Citywide Asset Management Advisor regarding 2025 Asset Management Plan - Levels of Services.

CONTEXT:

·  As of July 1, 2025, municipalities must have an approved Asset Management Plan for all infrastructure assets that builds upon the requirements set out in 2024, under Ontario Regulation 588/17. This plan will consolidate and refine the Municipality’s infrastructure asset data to support more informed and proactive asset management decisions.

· A public consultation period on this project will begin soon that includes both online opportunities to provide input and an in-person open house.
