The Municipal Office will be closed for the Christmas Holidays starting Wednesday, December 24, 2025 at 12:00 pm and will re-open on Friday, January 2, 2026, for regular business hours. For urgent afterhours assistance, please dial 519-235-0310 x 7

Landfill Holiday hours: 

Thursday, December 25 & Friday, December 26 - Closed

Thursday, January 1 - Closed

There is no planned disruption to garbage and recycling collection over the holiday season.

Inclement Weather-Landfill Site Closure

Due to inclement weather, the South Huron Landfill Site will be closed today.
As per the regular scheduled hours, the Landfill Site it is closed on Wednesdays, and will be closed on Thursday, January 1.
The Landfill Site will reopen on Friday, January 2.
