Victoria St E Reconstruction Project-Weekly Update June 13, 2025

The Contractor has completed all underground infrastructure and placed the granular road base between Main and Andrew Street. Sanitary sewers are complete between Andrew Street and the pillars. Storm sewers and watermain work continues between Andrew Street and the pillars.

 Next week the contractor expects to complete the storm sewer and watermain installation between Andrew Street and the pillars; and commence the granular road base east of Andrew. Work is scheduled to commence east of the pillars on June 27^th after the end of the school year.

Victoria Street is closed to through traffic from Main Street to the pillars east of Andrew Street. Access to facilities east of the pillars will be maintained through the South Huron Recreation Centre property.
