Notice is hereby given that a Public Meeting has been scheduled for Monday June 15, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in Council Chambers (322 Main Street South, Exeter)

The purpose of this Public Meeting is for discussion on the proposed Community Improvement Plan in accordance with Section 28(5) of the Planning Act.

Any person may provide verbal representations at the meeting, or written representations in advance for inclusion in the agenda package regarding the above noted project.

The agenda for the meeting will be published on southhuron.ca in accordance with the municipal Procedural By-Law. Members of the public are welcome to attend Council Chambers to participate in the meeting or contact the Clerk’s Department at clerk@southhuron.ca should you wish to participate virtually.

A livestream of the meeting will be available on southhuron.ca as well as the municipal YouTube channel.
