The use of Bids and Tenders is aimed at increasing the efficiency of the procurement process that strives for fair and equitable opportunities for all bidders while ensuring transparency for rate payers. This is a process of due diligence and ensures the best possible use of public funds.
It is the bidder's responsibility to check Bids and Tenders often for any addendums. Bids received without a signed addendum attached (if applicable) will not be accepted. Submitted bid documents or addendums that have been altered or do not match the documents posted on Bids and Tenders will not be accepted.
