Notice is hereby given that a Public Meeting has been scheduled, at the Call of the Chair for Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in Council Chambers (322 Main Street South, Exeter)

The purpose of this public meeting is for discussion on the following:

1. Development Charges Background Study and recommended rates presented by Watson and Associates Economists Ltd., in accordance with the Development Charges Act.

2. Water and Wastewater Rate Study, recommended rates and Water Financial Plan presented by Watson and Associates Economists Ltd.

Any person may provide verbal representations at the meeting, or written representations in advance for inclusion in the agenda package regarding the above noted projects. More information regarding these projects is available on the corresponding project pages on southhuron.ca.

The agenda for the Public Meeting will be published on southhuron.ca in accordance with the municipal Procedural By-Law. Members of the public are welcome to attend Council Chambers to participate in the meeting or contact the Clerk’s Department at clerk@southhuron.ca should you wish to participate virtually.

A livestream of the meeting will be available on southhuron.ca as well as the municipal YouTube channel.
